| Recommend songs, bands or artists that you like at this moment - say a few words about them too, not only their name and song name. | |

| Atm I have a crush on Olivia Ruiz and her "La Femme Chocolat". The lyrics go "cover my hips in kisses/ I'm turning into the chocolate woman/ let my Nutella hips melt/ the blood in my veins is hot chocolate" and also "between my half-opened lips there is a red silvery strawberry/ could you kiss me and take it away/ it's the grown-ups time" | |

| Foo Fighters, especially the song The Pretender from their latest album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace. They are probably best known for pieces such as Learn to Fly and Times Like These. They're classed as alternative/hard rock, and have been around since 1995. The band was formed by David Grohl, who actually had previously performed as a drummer for Nirvana for three and a half years. There is a good possibility they will be joining Queen and Damn Seagulls for a shared first place as my permanent favourite band. | |

| These days there's another French song that I've been listening to on replay Marc Lavoine feat Bambou - Dis-moi que l'amour, also has a very nice videoclip Translated lyrics: Tell me about simple things Take me to the opera Offer me roses and camellias Tell me about pretty things About cinema magazines And about questions one asks oneself from the first steps Tell me about wax cherries and about a violin on the roof Give me wings and chocolate Tell me about the blue of the sky In a chinese restaurant Offer me honey from your fingertips Tell me about your silence with your mouth and your arms Enter the dance and dance with me Tell me about these distances that do not tear us apart Tell me that love doesn't end | |

| What is 'this one song by a Japanese band'? I'd like to see if I know it. My current favourites seem to be Gackt, Ayumi Hamasaki, Bugy Craxone, and Shiina Ringo - all Japanese artists. | |

| Hitohira no Hanabira by Stereo Pony I only know if it because it played during the ending credits of some Bleach episodes... and luckily the words were translated in subtitles too... so I know what is being sung (or at least for the part of the song used in the ending credits) here's the song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdjkSf7Vtao&feature=related | |

| ehhh... can't say I do.... sorry... Hitohira no Hanabira is about the only Japanese song that I actually like... and I have heard quite a few (mostly through openning and closing credits of some anime shows that I've watched though) | |

| I would not say choosy... I just don't get into music... and usually the songs I like are somehow connected to stuff (such as films and video games) I like... but the songs have to be in the rock genre... I hate rap/hip hop/pop about the only way I'll end up liking a song if it is not associated with a game or film I like... is if the song is by a band that I like... such as Disturbed, Iron Maiden, Nightwish, Korn, Metallica, Black Label Society, Offspring... hope that makes some sense | |

| It does, sort of. I'm the type of person who'll try anything you put in front of me and will like a lot of it, though I do have my prejudices - against techno in particular. | |

| As you know, I'm quite into old French music. Today's star is Françoise Hardy and her Mon amie la rose ("My friend, the rose") A beautiful, delicate song and though so dificult to sing.
