Time needed: 20 min (plus 2-3h in the fridge) Difficulty: easy
Ingredients for 6 cups: 6 eggs 250 gr dark chocolate 100 gr sugar 200 gr butter
Melt the butter and the chocolate, stirring slowly (careful not to let them boil), then put the pot aside and let the sauce chill. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff. | Mushrooms with bacon and polentaTime needed: 10-15 minutes Difficulty: easy Ingredients: mushrooms (I used these ones) bacon cut in slices one small onion tomato sauce wheat flour corn flour salt, pepper, garlic Cut the onion into small slices. Heat up some oil in a frying pan, add the onion and let it fry until it gets a golden colour. Add pepper and optionally garlic, put in the bacon and let it roast as much as you like. Add the tomato sauce (2-3 spoonfuls), a bit of wheat flour and mix slowly (preferably with a wooden spoon) until you get a sauce. Add the mushrooms and let it simmer. Meanwhile, prepare the polenta: heat up some water, add some salt and sprinkle some corn flour. When the water is boiling, reduce the heat and start adding the rest of the flour while blending continuously with a wooden spoon, until it's thick. Cut off the heat, cover with a plate then overturn the casserole so the polenta goes on the plate. Once it gets less hot, you can cut it with a spoon. Check if the mushrooms are ready, put them in a plate, add a piece of polenta (it replaces bread) and optionally a cabbage salad (sliced cabbage, oil, vinegar, salt) and enjoy

| COUS your ass godbye couscous.with zesty stir fryed potaoes and fish
this recipe should be enough for two what you need; -1/2 cup of sunflower oil. -six small potatoes/or two medium ones. -1 cup of fresh ginger and chili pepper puree. -1/2 a cup of tomato paste -1/4 a cup juice from a lime -1 /12 cup of couscous -and your fish of choice. first; -take one medium sized fish boneless and sliced.preferably something that has a hard meat to it so it won't melt when you cook it. now put the fish in a medium sized pot. add 1L of water with a tablespoon of salt. and let boil for ten minutes. take out the fish and pour the couscous into the broth and let it simmer on a low heat. now for the potatoes and sauce;dice the potatoes and in a shallow pot heat the oil. fry the potatoes first than add the fish to them.and stir them for about a minute or so. after that. add the ginger and pepper puree tomato sauce and lime juice. and continue stirring for another minute. put the lid on and let it simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. by then the couscous should have sponged up most of the broth and doubled in size. serving; take a shallow bowl like this http://www.westernsilver.com/dansk_china_dinnerware/dansk_pics/Christianshavn_Blue/pasta_bowl.jpg and serve the potato fish and couscous side by side in equal portions. and enjoy.

| Another omeletteSame as above: - Quote :
- Time needed: 15 minutes
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients for one person: 2-3 eggs 1 cup of milk 1 spoonful of wheat flour Salt, pepper Add: sausages grated cheese
Follow the same steps as above:
- Quote :
- Beat
the eggs with the milk, sour cream and ketchup, then add the wheat flour and stir well. Add salt and pepper. Cut the meat into small pieces and grill it lightly, then pour the mixture of ingredients. Cover the skillet and let the omelette fry, checking from time to time not to burn it. After 5 minutes, cut it in two and turn it on the other side
This time, I kept half of the mixture and only put the other half in the frying pan. After about 5 minutes, I added the cheese and poured what I had left:
Covered it and let it another 5 minutes, then turned it on the other side.
The result:

| Sardines with potatoes and thymeYou need:
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
- 2 large onions or 3 small
- 3 cloves of garlic
- potatoes (I couldn't say how many, it depends on their size... let's say 4 large potatoes, I had a dozen of small ones)
- 2 spoonfuls of thyme
- 8 sardine filets
- 100 gr parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml (1 cup) of milk
- salt and pepper
First, boil the potatoes so they are ready when you start cutting the onions and the garlic into small slices. Warm up the oil in a frying pan and slightly grill the onions and garlic. Cut the potatoes in cubes and put them in the pan, then add 2 spoonfuls of thyme. Cover the pan and let it at medium heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the 4 eggs and the milk (add some salt and pepper at this step) then put the potatoes in an oven tray: cover with the sardine filets and pour the mixture of eggs and milk, then add the cheese Put in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
